Currently we are looking for the following personnel based at Hyderabad who are willing to work with US timings.

Managers/Executives (Business Development)
Job Profile : Responsible for business development and sales in the international market, to liaise with Senior level executives in US. Duties include prospect research, identifying clients, and compiling market data. Experience in pre sales activities , bidding etc. would be an advantage. He will be responsible for growing clients and developing new business by utilizing a consultative sales approach. He has to develop new business through client development. He should be able to generate leads & break them into new account, Should be able to connect prospective clients in US on a sales campaign; MUST have skills tuned for sales process, an understanding of the US culture, excellent communication skills, the ability to understand the customer's needs & and should be a high achiever comfortable with targets.

Candidates must be enthusiastic; target-oriented and self-driven. Should possess leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, negotiation and problem solving skills and the willingness to work in shifts.

The candidate should have minimum two years experience in similar functions in an IT/Software/BPO organisation. He she should be willing to work as per US shifts. Experience in dealing with Govt. departments etc. would be an added advantage.

Proposal writer
ISS is seeking an experienced proposal writer/technical writer to respond to commercial, federal and local government RFIs, RFPs, The proposal writer will be primarily responsible for the development of proposals. Should necessarily have pre sales experience in writing high value proposals and responding to comprehensive RFP's or RFI's around software solutions and services
Minimum two years experience in a Technology driven organisation in -writing proposals, customer case studies, white papers, magazine articles, policies and procedures, user documentation, and Web content. Experienced in improving subject matter expert (SME) proposals and other technical documents, proof-reading pre-press bulletins etc. Format/Design layout of proposals, design brochures and other informational materials. Should have excellent grammar, technical writing editing and verbal skills and preferably from the technology background

Java Developers
Should have worked on at least 2 projects. Need to be a hands on person with active development responsibility. Should have working knowledge in C, C++. Certification in Java would be an advantage. Should have the knowledge of development tools.

Manager – Facilities
The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in facilities management in a medium size organization. He should have hands on experience in House keeping, vendor management, transport services, canteen, asset management, AMCs and liasoning with external agencies etc.. The ideal candidate should be an aggressive go getter, with excellent negotiation and team management skills. Preference would be given to defence officers having experience in similar lines.

Technical Recruiters
We are looking for graduates with minimum one year experience with excellent communication skills in English. Candidates having MBA will be given preference. They should be willing to work as per US day timings. They should have pleasing manners, excellent convincing skills and be good team players. We are searching for candidates with positive attitude, willing to undergo rigorous training and ready to accept challenges.
