Prabhakar Gudur, Founder and President

Mr. Prabhakar Gudur is the founder and President of ISS Global, a leading software solutions & Services Company headquartered at Hyderabad, India.

Since inception, Mr. Prabhakar was instrumental in setting up the company and made this company stand where it is today. His 18 years of technical and entrepreneurial experience brings strong process discipline in both the technological and operational aspects among the folks. His clear vision and mission made this transform from traditional staff augmentation company to Information Technology solution & Service Company.

He was previously associated with SAP America, Xerox and Knight Rider. He holds Masters in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology, FL.

Ugandher Gudur, Chief Executive Officer

Ugandher Gudur steers the business of ISS. He has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He directs overall corporate strategy of ISS and has grown the Company by establishing strong relationships with key customers. Under his leadership, ISS customer base has grown and includes several industry leaders and world-renowned corporations. He holds Master’s in Computer Science from New York Institute Tech., NY, NY.

Nareen Kollu, Executive Vice President

Nareen Kollu is executive vice president at ISS Global. He is responsible for managing the entire client delivery activities at ISS.

With over 16 years of experience spearheading and managing profit centers for growth, Nareen brings his expertise in managing diverse functions to ISS global. Prior to ISS, Nareen was with DHL & ABB in C-Level Positions. His Key responsibilities include client management, project delivery, program management, managing relationships, Brand enhancement, Act as Mentor and motivate, to lead high-performance business, sales, marketing, product management, and development teams. Nareen is an Engineering Graduate.

Durga Prasad V Chekka, Chief Technology Officer

Durga Prasad V. Chekka has a long history of building internationally successful, high growth businesses. He joined ISS global as CTO in August 2008, with a rich track record and deep domain expertise in the technology and offshore management.

In his role as CTO, Durga Prasad is responsible for building overall IT strategic direction and execution as the company continues its organic and inorganic growth in technological services for global and domestic clients. He is also responsible for product strategy and global delivery of software engineering operations including projects, strategic consulting and various business units like Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Technology Engineering Services, Quality Assurance and Testing and support services.

Prior to ISS, Durga prasad was Vice President at Navayuga Infotech, a CMMI level 4 company and a part of $200 Million Navayuga Group. Before to Navayuga, he was associated with renowned organizations like India Softima, Heritage and Computer vision Labs. In these companies, he held variety of positions including President of Research and Technology Development to Project head and to System Manager. In all his roles, he has always been a visionary and result-oriented and he has been a driving force in transforming the businesses from ground level to a remarkable success and growth, both organizationally and financially.

Durga prasad is a certified PMP professional and did Masters in Science from Osmania University, India and holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications

Ram Reddy K, EVP, Sales and Business Development

In his role as EVP, Sales and Business Development, Ram spearheads the Managed Services SBU and Sales and Business Development division with a defined strategy designed to expand the organization’s leadership position across key markets such as APAC and EMEA

Prior to joining ISS global, Ram has had a 19 + years successful career experience, that encompassed diverse leadership roles in sales, operations and corporate business development. In these roles, he demonstrated varied international experience in Technology, business strategy & Sales development, with a successful track record of growing businesses from “conception to results” and in developing cross-industry, multi-service line business across the global marketplace. Before joining to ISS, Ram Led E&D IS QA division for the India operations of Microsoft and held various executive positions at Sierra Atlantic, Nextag, CNET, Acuson and Becton Dickinson companies. At these companies, Ram has transformed and managed the business covenants of very large (>$100m), complex, multi-tower outsourcing engagements.

His early work life involved stints with helping friends and bringing up their businesses to next level. As a person, Ram always stand forefront in taking up new challenges and advancing them with results.

Ram holds Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from Mississippi State University.
