Senior Engineer - .NET
Expectations
You will be proficient in designing and developing enterprise software systems, component based design, development, web services, object-oriented analysis and design, UML and software development lifecycle. You will have an in-depth knowledge of .NET technologies including ASP.NET, ADO.NET and enterprise services. Experience in .NET framework 3.0 and other related technologies such as WCF, WF, MSMQ, , will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with over 4 years industry experience will hold you in good stead.

Associate Engineer - .NET
Expectations
- Experience in developing enterprise software systems
- Experience in component based design and development and Web Services
- Thorough knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design principles, UML and software development lifecycle
- In depth knowledge of core .NET technologies including ASP.NET, ADO.NET and WSE
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Over three years industry experience in .NET Framework 3.0 higher (especially in WCF), ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint and BizTalk will be an added advantage.

Project Manager
Expectations
- 7-10 years industry experience with 3-6 years of experience in project management
- Good leadership skills and exposure to managing medium to large software projects with 30 or more team members
- The ability to deliver high-quality software solutions using a predictable delivery process
- Handling profit and loss at an account level is mandatory
- PMP certification would be an added advantage.

Consultant and Proposal Writer
Expectations
- Over 4 years operational and / or consulting experience with in-depth understanding of the selected domain and experience in related world class applications will be a plus
- Good understanding of consulting practices, solutions conceptualization and current technology concepts combined with development life cycle experience
- Excellent client interaction, strong analytical and presentation skills, out-of-the box thinking and leadership skills
- Mandatory experience in opportunity identification, proposal writing, responding to RFI, RFP and RFQ’s, enhancing solution offering and go to market strategies.
